We are from out of town, living in North Carolina, and had a break down while passing through. Orangeburg was fantastic in being patient with us during the claims process with the warranty company and were excellent at completing the repairs quickly once the warranty company approved the work.

My expectations is always met when I bring my car in for any type of service.
I was traveling from out of town and my change oil lite came on with only 500 miles left... I called on Monday as was able to schedule my service for the next day, Linda was my service writer that came out as soon as I pulled up and welcomed me with her wonderful personality, they didn't try to sell me any extra services that I didn't need, if I'm in town again and have a problem with my pathfinder I will be sure to take my vehicle back to Nissan of Orangeburg.

While traveling from Hilton Head, SC to Hendersonville, NC we had a problem with our 2021 Rogue. We were unable to reach anyone in the Service dept of the NC dealership where the vehicle was purchased, so we reached out to the Orangeburg (nearest on the route) dealership. I was connected with Ricardo in the Service dept who offered to take an immediate look at the issue and gave us directions. On arrival, he immediately greeted us and tackled the issue. Everyone needs a Ricardo on their team! Thank you for excellent customer service!
Stafford Brown was an awesome salesman. He never pressured us as we looked back in April. July 1 we came back and spoke with Stafford again and Drayton. They both teamed up and we have had a wonderful experience on our purchase of a new 2023 Pathfinder.
It was very welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked towards the door. Explained to what would take place and given an estimate of how much things would cost. I used the shuttle service and he was friendly and timely. Would definitely recommend and will be taking my car back.

I experienced friendly and courteous service during recent visit at Nissan of Orangeburg. Waiting area is immaculately kept as well surrounding abutments visible to the eye. Refreshments were available for waiting customers I was provided status of services being completed. My vehicle was washed-something I did not expect and I was thoroughly impressed with its appearance.

I took my 2023 Pathfinder in for its first oil change. They were very accommodating as I live an hour and a half to 2 hours away and had to arrive later in the day, almost evening.

My son was having issues with his alternator on his way to the beach with his friends, they pulled into the dealership at 4:30 on Tuesday and they the parts orders and fixed in less than 24 hours. And the best part they were honest and did not try to “add” anything else to the bill.

I was able to schedule an appointment online for the very same day, which provided a discount on my final invoice. I was very happy with the time they completed the servicing. The service writer explained about an issue that will have to be addressed very soon, but was in no way pushy in trying to get me to have the work completed right away.

I took my time and checked dealerships in Lexington to try and find the best deal but no one was willing to get me to the price I needed. I decided to give Orangeburg Nissan a try ( not high expectations because we always went to Columbia for the best deals growing up). I have to say....
