Nissan Versa's Engine Performance and Fuel Efficiency
The 2024 Nissan Vera may be compact, but it packs a powerful little punch. It’s equipped with a 1.6-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine that delivers up to 122 horsepower and up to 114 lb.-ft. of torque. An Xtronic CVT automatic transmission is standard on SV and SR models, while the S model is available with either an automatic or five-speed manual transmission.
You’ll save at the pump with the Vera, as it gets an EPA-estimated 32 MPG city and 40 MPG highway (when equipped with the automatic Xtronic transmission). The Versa has incredible handling thanks to responsive steering and supple suspension.
Available Intelligent Cruise Control makes your commute easier than ever by monitoring the flow of traffic and maintaining an appropriate speed. The backup camera and rear sonar system make backing up easier and safer than ever.
Design and Comfort
Comfort is taken to new heights in the Versa. The front seats are equipped with zero gravity technology, including 14 strategically-placed pressure points to reduce stress on your body and minimize fatigue. You’ll also enjoy 44.5 inches of legroom in the front and 31 inches of legroom in the rear seats. Road trips just got a whole lot better!
All trims are outfitted with cloth seats and leather is not available. You can, however, upgrade to a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob.
When it’s time to pack up the car, the Versa has up to 15 cubic feet of cargo space. The low, wide opening makes loading and unloading a cinch. You can also fold down the entire back seat or take advantage of the 60/40 split. Keep small items close at hand with the center console.
